Ask a new question. I'm trying to download Windows Media Player 11 however when I try to go through the validation process it just wont work. When i try to hit 'continue' the page simply refreshes and nothing else happens. Im not getting any messages saying that the software is not genuine, literally the page refreshes and nothing else happens. The Windows XP system I'm using is genuine. I cant seem to do anything else now or get the download! What is going wrong?
If you're using Firefox as browser, it barfs on the ActiveX required for validation - use either IE or Chrome instead. Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report. Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker if you have one on the case of your machine or inside the battery compartment , but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
